The appraisal reports below were prepared by independent third-party valuation firms and summarize estimates of market value, as of their respective valuation dates, for a diversified portfolio of assets including entitled waterfront land in Lago Vista, Texas; an operating sand mining property with associated reserves and equipment in Myakka City, Florida; a proposed assisted living development site in East Point, Georgia; and additional land holdings with potential industrial and multifamily uses.
Volumetric Inventory Report
This report provides a third party volumetric inventory assessment of the material stockpiles at Resource Group US’s Myakka City Florida facility.
The Survey was conducted using high resolution aerial photogrammetry and PTK corrected GPS data to qualify on site material volumes for internal inventory tracking, operational planning, and transparency purposes. The report reflects conditions as of the survey date and is intended to support investor understanding of the scale and composition of the company’s physical asset operations
